Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana sliced (very ripe)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter natural, creamy

Instructions

  • Combine the oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and almond milk. Mix well. Pour a small amount into 1 glass jar or other serving containers.
