  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

  • ¼ cup honey
