My 4 plugs arrived and I finished setting up 3 of the 4. The 4th plug will not updated to the newest firmware. The first 3 have been updated to v1.2.0.206. It says it’s firmware is v1.2.0.53. So every time I open up in the app it says Firmware Update Required. Even when it’s unplugged. This is annoying. I’ve tried updating the plug 5 times already and it says to try updating again.

My Wyze plug 2021 is on firmware 1.2.0.126. The Wyze app says a firmware update is available, and I have attempted to update it numerous times; however, the update fails repeatedly. The plug still works as normal and can be controlled via the app. I have power cycled it several times.

There seems to be a problem with the latest app. Seeing many posts about older bulbs and pre-2021 plugs not re-adding correctly. Confirmed this personally by trying to re-add a plug with current production iOS app which failed. Rolled to the previous beta and it worked without issue.
