Wonderful trip

I read numerous reviews for MSC claiming horrible food, small portions, bad service, etc., but my experience was very good. Food excellent, exemplary service from staff, clean rooms and good entertainment. The only issue was needing to visit customer service several times to get our cruise card adjusted to reflect Aurea package. I can only guess that poor reviews are either to intentionally

Everything is good until there’s even a slight issue. Both of our ports of interest’s time were cut in half by over 50% due to the captain’s inability to properly arrive on time or adjust to a changing schedule. Guest services were rude beyond belief, and our entire trip was ruined with no time to spend in either Florida nor Nassau.Disembarking was a clown show, with not enough security nor

The cruise from hell
Review for a Bahamas Cruise on MSC Meraviglia

Simply put, this has been the cruise from hell.It started off fine enough, leaving New York as I see the skyline fade away. I get to have the typically amazing food that is present on all cruise ships. Perfect, this is what I was waiting for. Then I wake up the next morning for a sea day and like most people, the first thing I do is take a shower and the thing is so small that I’m essentially

This was our first cruise and the last. We went on this cruise for our honeymoon without the kids. I have read a lot of good and bad reviews about the MSC cruises. Please believe them. They are all true. I wish I would have read them prior to booking. Pros The room attendant was excellent. He cleaned our room twice a day. He was in the hallway from the time we woke up till after we went to

Just got off an MSC cruise today out of Port Canaveral and I have to say this is the most wonderful experience I've had on a cruise. The ship is beautiful and very chic. I also loved that MSC was digital(you could get a paper menu or brochure if you wanted). The food was excellent! I would suggest going to Venchi which is this chocolate store they have onboard at Liberty Plaza, deck 6. Try out the

Main meals were like the $12.50 Sunday roast special - plain, boring and overcooked thin sliced meat. The best food on the boat were the pizzas, but you can’t live on Pizzas for seven days.Watch your credit cards! They took pre authorisations exceeding what I spent. I disembarked and settled my account 4 days ago totalling 665euro. They are still holding more than 300euro in pre authorisations

So I hear other people saying the cruise line in general sucks but they are forgetting they aren't a american cruise line like royal carribean is. They are new to the American market. The other thing is that people are saying you should never go on a MSC cruise but that's their experience. If you want to go on a MSC cruise go ahead the negative reviews are just sometimes nonsense. But my

We have just left our week long cruise on the MSC Virtuosa around Norwegian Fjords including Lerwick, and wanted to put out our review to reassure others after reading many unfair negative reviews on this ship/ cruise line. This was our 4th cruise & the first with MSC and on such a large ship. We were worried about the embarkation & leaving the ship from some reviews & you-tube videos. For us

MSC Lirica Cruise Review: Disappointed and Disrupt

We recently took a cruise on the MSC Lirica from May 18th to May 25th, 2024, and unfortunately, it fell short of expectations on many levels. Here's a breakdown of our experience:Major Issues:Noisy Balcony Room: We paid extra for a balcony room, only to discover it was located near a common deck with loud parties at night. This significantly disrupted sleep for our entire family.Missed
