Continuing My Search for the Next MyChart Analyst OpportunityThe journey of job searching can certainly have its challenging moments, but this week has been nothing short of amazing. The unwavering support I've received from friends, family, and my professional network has been incredibly motivating, and it has given me such a great, positive outlook on what's to come.As I continue my search to enhance patient experiences, I remain optimistic and excited about the opportunities ahead. The encouragement and assistance from everyone around me have truly made a difference, and I am grateful for each message, call, and gesture of support. The way everyone has rallied to pick me up when I was down is remarkable, to say the least. Truly, I would like to thank you all for your continued unwavering support. For once, I truly feel a "social" media website/app has given me such an amazing platform and network of talented individuals to connect or remain connected with. Words can not explain or emphasize my gratitude or how much that has helped my mental health. Thank you all for being a part of this journey with me. Here’s to new exciting prospects on the horizon!#JobSearch #CareerGrowth #MyChartAnalyst #PositiveOutlook

If you're waiting for some divine inspiration to work out what your next career move could be, I need to tell you it's not coming.Sorry, not sorry but you are not going to be woken by a heavenly voice whispering 'Michelle, though shalt a data analyst be' in your lughole at 3am. Instead, you COULD sit with it and try to do it yourself, getting stuck in analysis paralysis, being blindsided by fear and confidence wobbles and worrying that you pick the wrong thing so not moving forwards at all (and this can last for YEARS, if you let it!)Or, you could book yourself onto my Get Unstuck sessions and ask an expert (me 👋) to help you to work through choices, possibilities, preferences and options. I'm unbiased, understand the market and have helped hundreds of people to get clear about their career over the last 8 years. I love these sessions as they really help to move the needle. Clients leave with a clear plan, things to rule in and out and actions to take. THAT's where changes and new opportunities happen. We know action causes reaction so take a positive step for yourself today and book before the price goes up on Monday, 25th September. You can start the sessions up until the end of the year, as long as you book before Monday using this link https://lnkd.in/ewUBS6AW

We have been having conversations with numerous interesting professionals for our Sr. Analyst/Associate position. The most inspiring have been with those whose dedication to healthcare is rooted in a strong sense of mission. Often, their life trajectory includes an encounter with pain and discomfort, whether walking in the shoes of a health tech founder whose startup imploded in the early days or interacting with the healthcare system due to a close friend or family member being affected by a disease. These professionals approach their work with a great sense of humility and respect for the hardship of founders, patients, and caregivers, not to mention admirable resilience and appreciation for life in general. I don't want to generalize these attributes to all people confronted with hardship, nor negate that others who have had more luck in life cannot develop them. I am simply amazed how our industry and call for applicants seem to be attracting people who share a similar serving attitude and empathy despite having such a broad range of diverse backgrounds and experiences. I never think about these conversations as interviews. It is a privilege to hear these stories, and it renews my optimism about the outcome of the transformation our industry is going after. Hey everyone! I had a check-in with my neurologist this morning and I just had a mind-blowing experience at the hospital that made me realize how our digital world and the human brain can dance together in unexpected ways.I recently got my Responsive Neurostimulation (RNS) device activated – I’m forever part of the Borg Collective! To bring you up to speed, I have epilepsy and RNS is a device I had I implanted in my brain to help me deal with my seizures. So this morning I saw my own brain activity on the doctor's screen, and trust me, it was as mind-blowing as it sounds. But here is where it gets even cooler: it felt like data analysis on a whole new level. For months, my RNS device collected and stored data about my brain's activities. And being able to see this data got the wheels turning in my analyst mind!Turns out I had invisible episodes I didn't even notice and my RNS device saw them and helped us pinpoint when I was having seizures, even the sneakiest ones. Just like sorting through loads of raw data to find those invaluable pieces of information.Basically, on average, every two weeks, my brain was throwing a little party of its own with those seizures of varying degrees. But armed with this knowledge, I'm feeling more empowered than ever to take control. This journey has reminded me how beautifully intertwined our lives are with technology and data, shaping moments we never thought possible. If you ever wondered why I am so interested in the data world, perhaps now you have an idea…To finish off, I’m feeling even more optimistic and empowered now that my seizures are being tracked in real-time. And I am still in the market looking for a job! If you know of an awesome junior data analyst position, reach out! I’m eager to share my passion for data and contribute!#DisabilityJobs #InclusionMatters #DisabilityAwareness #InvisibleDisabilities #HiddenChallenges #EmbraceDifferences #EmpowerInvisibility #RaisingAwareness #DisabilityEmployment #Epilepsy #EpilepsyAdvocate #EpilepsyJourney #OpentoWork #OpentoRemoteWork #WorkfromHome #RemoteWork #JobSeeker #HireMe

I dislike the question, “Where do you want to be in 5 years?” Because most people find that they’re not with a company for 5 years anymore. The average tenure of a CMO is 18-24 months. And it’s not just in marketing anymore. Rather than have a 5-year plan, have a one-year plan. Why? 18 years ago I accepted a job as a Business Analyst at Target. That lasted less than a year.15 years ago I worked for an RPO that did all the recruiting for UnitedHealth Group. That company went out of business. Marketers’ Community came out of nowhere in 2018.A surprise pregnancy in 2019 shifted my focus. 2020 for sure did. My husband’s desire to start his own business had me rethink how I could best use my gifts and support my family at the same time. We are living, breathing, evolving individuals. Our personalities change, our goals change, and our world changes. It’s impossible to predict what’s 3, 5, and 10 years down the road. Instead, focus on what’s in front of you. Where do you want to be in 12 months? Visualize it. Feel it.Then come up with a highly actionable plan to get there. Think in systems.Drill down to daily actions. Because what you do every day is the single biggest indicator of your ability to make your vision of success a reality. How do you plan for the future?

Talking about the future is exciting, but also open-ended! To have a more focused conversation, it would be helpful to know what aspects of the future you're most interested in.Here are some options to get us started:Specific areas of technological advancement:What areas of technology, like artificial intelligence, space exploration,or medicine, are you curious about?Societal changes:Are you interested in potential changes in social structures, demographics,or environmental issues?Personal futures:Are you more focused on individual experiences and possibilities, like career paths, relationships,or personal growth?Hypothetical scenarios:Would you like to explore fictional or thought-provoking possibilities about the future?Once you give me a starting point, I can share insights, predictions from experts, and even some science fiction scenarios to paint a picture of potential futures. Remember, the future is not set in stone, but understanding different possibilities can help us shape it in a better direction.#JobSearch#NowHiring#CareerOpportunities#JobOpening#JobListing#EmploymentOpportunities#HiringNow#JobPosting#GetHired#WorkOpportunities#JobSearchTips#JobInterview#JobApplication#JobOffer#JobFair#JobAlert#JobMarket#ResumeTips#InterviewTips#EmploymentAgency#recruitment#jobseekers
